"I love coaching for Mass Elite because of the intention of both the players and coaches. We're all striving to mold the next generation of high school all-stars and collegiate players! The girls are extremely hard-working and come to practice focused on improvement. I can present an advanced concept or offer an individual tip and they soak it right up. They want to become the best and of course, are enjoying the process in doing so. Playing some of the best lacrosse in Massachusetts is fun!" -Anne

“ Through my experience as a lacrosse player I have discovered that through teaching the sport I have retained everything I have been taught in the past eight years. Being able to share my passion with a team like Mass Elite is exciting because these girls are the athletes that understand how special it is to have the opportunity to play at the highest level of lacrosse. On this team, you share a love for the game that you cannot and will not find anywhere else. There are connections at this level of talent that you can't find anywhere else. As a player and a coach, I can only say that the best players in the world are no better than a Mass Elite player at their finest moment. Not all of what you are taught comes from your coaches. The best players dream lacrosse and want nothing more than to take their game to a higher level. The environment of Mass Elite is aggressive and demanding, but it is a small price to pay for the friendships and emotion that you find in this program.   -Nicole

"I was lucky enough to be a part of Mass Elite from the beginning.  What started out as Paula Evans and Leslie Frank organizing a bunch of high school girls to get us to local tournaments and playing in the off season has now turned into such an incredible program for girls lacrosse players.  The skills I learned helped me move on to play at next level and opened so many doors for me.  I am forever grateful for all that Mass Elite has done for me and love that I am still able to be a part of the program and pass on all my knowledge and experiences on to a new generation of players.  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a skill or concept 'click' in a girl's head and see them using it in a game. I am lucky that I get to be a part of that process at Mass Elite." - Tara
