- 1) Take Meadowbrook Parkway to Hempstead Tpke/Coliseum exit (M4). Take "Charles Lindbergh Boulevard" turn-off on service road if proceeding south on Meadowbrook or "Coliseum" turn-off on service road if proceeding north on Meadowbrook. Follow Charles Lindbergh Boulevard past Coliseum. Continue past Omni office building to complex parking lot on left.
- 2) Take Hempstead Turnpike to Earle Ovington Boulevard traffic light (adjacent to Coliseum parking lot). Turn north on Earle Ovington Boulevard and proceed to Omni building (on left). Make left onto Charles Lindbergh Boulevard and proceed to complex parking lot on left.
VIA ROUTE 95 (FROM KENNEDY AND LAGUARDIA AIRPORTS)
Route 95 to Throgas Neck Bridge, to Clearview Expressway. Get off Clearview to Long Island Expressway (495) east. Take LIE to exit 39 south (Glen Cove Rd). Proceed south to Old Country Rd. Make a left on Old Country and go 2 miles to Merrick Avenue. Make a right turn on Merrick Avenue until you reach Hempstead Turnpike and make a right. On Hempstead Turnpike go about 1 mile and make a right turn on Earle Overton Blvd, (Nassau Coliseum on right), go 2 traffic lights and make a left. Mitchel Field 200 feet on left hand side.

2. Check off, I am a new user of TheLaxWizand enter a 3 digit pass code, remember this code for future use!
3. Under CHOOSE YOUR CLUB, MASS ELITE 2008
4. Complete all information that has a * in RED, all other fields are NOT required such as parent info, jersey size, #, etc…
5. Submit your registration, no payment is required, complete your registration and receive for your confirmation.
6. You are now in the LaxWiz system as a Mass Elite 2008 player and will be rostered for tournaments you are registering for by the Mass Elite office.
Note: The LaxWiz is NOT how you register for the above tournaments; THE REGISTRATION FORM on page 1 is what we need back with your payment to complete registration. The LaxWiz is only a requirement to include you on the roster and to be put in the tournament books for coaches…
